Permission to Use Videotaped Interview Material
I, Robert C. Daniels, am presently preparing a book, using the Waupun, Wisconsin area as the back-drop, to be tentatively entitled Mid-America in World War II. The intention of this project is to document the affects of World War II on a typical Mid-Western American town and its citizens. In doing so, I am gathering personal stories and anecdotes as reference material in the form of videotapes. The material gathered in these videotapes, in full or in part, may be included in this book and/or other forms of publication.
In agreeing to provide this videotaped interview, you further freely agree to allow the recorded material, in full or in part, to be used by myself and the Waupun Historical Society to be included in the aforementioned book (in the original and any subsequent editions), including all foreign-language translations published, and in publicity, promotions, and advertising purposes for this book, as well as for inclusion in any documentary video that may be produced. In doing so, you agree to sign full copyrights, non-gratis, of this material to myself, Robert C. Daniels, and the Waupun Historical Society for the use in this book project and any documentary that may be produced from its contents.
