Photo of the Waupun Post Office. The photo is not dated. The Post Office was in the Oliver Building on the Northeast corner of Main and Mill streets. Notice the great Barber Pole. Also notice the sign on the fire hydrant, "No Parking 10 ft." Hard to know if that is a little boy or girl on tricycle. I believe that the sign above the billboard indicates "Butts Poster Adv. Co." The Peace on Earth Good Will towards men would indicate that this is near Christmas. At other times this building was Jockey's Tap, Jon-E-Vans Dinner Club, House of Hunan Chinese. The upstairs auditorium was used for plays and other events. The Waupun High School played basketball there.Acquisition
