Ashtray topper that can be placed on top of any cylinder shaped object. This one is on top of a beer can which possibly came from Arndt's Downtown Beverage, Liquour - Beer - Wines, 23 Carrington, Waupun, Wis. because this is the advertisement on the ashtray. It is white and the print is green. A sticker on it indicates that this is a collectors item because Arndt's is out of business.
