* Got Bachelor Degree from McEndree College, IL - 1932.
* Got Masters Degree from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign - 1939.
* Graduate work at University of Colorado - 1941.
* Graduate work at the University of Wisconsin - 1961 - 1962.
* Married the love of his life, Gertrude Etheridge - August 21, 1937.
* Taught in High School at Vandalia, Illinois - 1937 to 1942.
* Came to Waupun to work at Canned Food, Inc. - Summer 1942
* Son David was born in Hustisford, WI. - August 26, 1948.
* Received his Entered Apprentice Degree at Waupun F. & A. M. - March 16, 1948.
* Received his Fellow Craft Degree at Waupun F. & A. M. - April 20, 1948.
* Received his Master Mason Degree at Waupun F. & A.. M. - June 1, 1948.
* Was Master of the Waupun F. & A. M. for Centennial Year - 1954.
* Served as an officer of Waupun F. & A. M. for 50 years.
* Started teaching in Waupun - 1960.
* Became principal at the Waupun Middle School - 1962.
* Retired from teaching in 1972.
* Volunteered at the Waupun Chamber of Commerce, Marsh Haven, Meals on Wheels and the Waupun Food Pantry.
* Made coffee every morning for the Masonic Coffee Club.
* Loses his wife, Gertrude - November 10, 1990.
* Presented with the Masonic Service Award at a special dinner held at the Waupun F. & A. M. - September 5, 2000.
* Has his 100th birthday on July 13, 2006.
