Mr. Walter Riel was a Sergeant with the 38th Photo Reconnaissance Squadron, 13th Air Force from 1942-1946. The Riel Collection is a series of photos that were given to the Waupun Historical Society by Mr. Riel. This photo shows a cemetery in the Philippines. -Former taken by Mr Laird upon research this shows a Temple in Hanoi.
