Early Waupun Hotels: This baggage tag was an advertising tool for the Commercial Hotel. Looking at the card you can see the room rates of $1 or $1.50 per day. This tag is undated, however, the proprietor of the hotel was J. A. DeRusha. In 1910 the proprietor of the hotel was Joseph Collins.
