Mr. Walter Riel was a Sergeant with the 38th Photo Reconnaissance Squadron, 13th Air Force from 1942-1946. The Riel Collection is a series of photos that were collected by Mr. Riel during this time. This certificate was the official permission slip for him to retain the photos with him after the war.
