SPONSORS: Waupun Area Arts Council, Chamber of Commerce, Wisconsin Idea Theatre, University of Wisconsin and other civic organizations. Community Room of State Bank - Admission Free Sponsored by College Club DECLAN HAUN PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBIT - Mr. Haun, a distinguished Life Magazine photographer, has work currently on exhibition at Expo 67 and the Museum of Modern Art. Included in this exhibit are photographs taken in the five test communities of the Federal project "Small Community and Rural Arts Development Program." - Admission Free OPENING EVENT - A 'Fly-In' by Reabe's Flying Service with balloon drop of 1400 balloons containing discount coupons, in downtown area will be featured. Miss Wisconsin and city officials will participate in opening ceremony. Sponsored by Retail Committee, Chamber of Commerce. VARIETY SHOW - A variety show with local organizations and groups participating. A special feature will be the appearance of Miss Wisconsin and crowning of Indian Summer Queen.
