1986-Homan auto Sales has doubled Chrysler's sales projection since receiving Chrysler's new car franchise last summer. Eh Homan, foreground, had 21 years of experience as a used car saleman and dealer before embarking on his new car career. Homan;s sons, from left, Steve, Mark, and Jeff, also play an important role in the operation of the Waupun frim.

35 Years in Business, 449 Years of Combined Service
To all our friends and customers:
The month of June signifies 35 years of Homan Auto Sales being in Business. Over the years we have seen a lot of growth in our business and change in the industry.
We would like to sincerely thank all of our friends and customers for the opportunity to work with you over the years and we would like to let you know that we are looking forward to the next 35 years.

Commitment ot customer satisfaction has helped Homan grow over past 35 years
Reflecting on the past 35 years of Homan Auto Sales, there have been many changes, but the one constant has been a commitment to customer satisfaction and to the local community.
Ed Homan opened the doors of Homan auto Sales, on June 1, 1974 with three full-time employees and a totoal of 6 cars on the lot. Over the years there was a steady growth in both the sales and service business and in 1966 a big change occurred when Ed was granted the Chrysler Dodge and Plymouth franchises. At this time, Homan Auto had 9 full-time employees. With the addition of the Chrysler Dodge and Plymouth franchises things changes rapidly through the years of 1986-a991. Homan's purchased additional parcel of land fro additional new and used vehicle display and added a number of additional sales and service personnel.
On November 1, 1991, Homan Auto Sales grew again with the purchase of the Pontiac and Oldsmobile francheses fro Nummerdor Bros., Inc. With the purchase, Homan's now had 6 full-time employees. Due to continued sales and service growth at the Chrysler location, Homan Auto was finding that it had outgrown its location and decided to build a new building for the Chrysler franchise at 925 W. Main St. On November 20, 1992 Homan's celebrated their grand opening at the new facility and was granted the Jeep and Eagle franchises. Homan's also relocated the Pontiac and Oldsmobile franchises at the 700 W. Main St. location. At this time, Homan's had 22 full time employees.
In November of 1996, Ed Homan "re-tired" and sold the dealerships to three of his sons, Mark, Jeff, and Steve. At this time the dealership employed 26 full-time employees. The dealership kept increasing its sales volume and in early 2001, the opportunity became available and Homan's purchased the Dave Heather Chevrolet Buick franchises and moved the Pontiac and Oldsmobile franchises to their present location at 240 Gateway De. This June Homan's is commemorating its 35th anniversary and currently has 33 employees.
Over the years, Homan's has received virtually every dealer award available including Chrysler's Five Star Award, Five Star Elite Award, the Award For Excellence, GM's Mark of Excellence Awards, and many others. Over Homan's history, it is estimated that they have sold over 20,000 vehicles in the local area and have even sold cars as far away a Alaska. The past year has seen alot of "flux" in the automobile industry and with the manufacturers and with dealerships, but Homan's would like to make you aware that both Chrysler and GM have announced that they are pleased to have Homan Auto
Sales as one of their dealers of choice as Chrysler and GM go forward.
