John Burkhard conducted the first Lutheran Holy Communion Service in the old German schoolhouse on the southwest corner of North State and Taylor Streets. God With Us Today. We celebrate 115 years as a congregation grounded in Jesus Christ. Growing and reaching out in mission and service to our community we dedicate our elevator addition so that all people may worship our lord.
God With Us Forever Our hope for our future lies in Jesus Christ as he continues to draw people to the Word and Sacraments and sends us to be faithful disciples and witnesses.
Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. Hebrews 13:8
