On the back if written: "The First Reformed Church of Waupun, Wisconsin belongs to the denomination of the Reformed Church in America.
Regular worship services were begun on May 9, 1887 and the first church was officially organized on October 24, 1887 with 44 members.
Two daughter churches have since been formed. The Emmanuel Reformed Church in 1941 and the Trinity Reformed Church in 1955.
Correctly there are 365 families; of these families there are 648 communicant members and 349 baptized members.
