Description

Waupun state prison pass clip holder on a metal round stand which Mr. Peppler indicated was used by the inmates to go from one area of the prison to another. The pass also indicated the inmates name and number. This holder is 2 1/2 " wide and 4 1/4" in height. The base appears bronze in color and the clip is silver.
