Wisk broom made by Jeanette Giebink, daughter of Doris(father) and Liza(mother) Giebink, at craft company above Bill Giebink Chicken Hatchery (feed store), Main St., Waupun, across from VandeBerg Garage around 1940. Not sure of the name of the craft company. The material of the broom is a soft hemp, cream and pink in color. The handle is wrapped with a grey colored band and the hook is made of braided cream hemp. It is very similar to the wisk brooms made at the Waupun prison.
