Photograph, Library, Museum. Photo of the "Waupun Public Library." This is a Carnegie building. Andrew Carnegie (1835 - 1919) gave the money to build the building. The cornerstone is dated 1904. The picture is undated, but probably sometime after WWI, or 1918. The cannon was donated for scrap in WWII.
