Welcome Home Parade. Parade held to celebrate the Home Coming in July of 1908. On the back of this postcard it reads: "Johnson Post Card Works, Waupun, Wi"
The 1910 Waupun City Directory lists a Barth & Brown, Jewelry & Opticians business. This photo may have been taken in front of that business.
