Description

Barr’s Store, tended by Ethel Barr whose parents kept it well-stocked with canned goods as well as "movie magazines," which made absorbing reading. The store also had a soda fountain on one side, and made Saturday deliveries. The photo probably dates to the mid-1930s. Store was on State Road West (Boston Post Road)
