Bird Family, From the Richard Jay Bird Family Portrait. Seated on his father's lap is Robert Bird who was a dentist in Wayne from about 1930 until his death. Robert's Grandfather (Robert Bird) was a member of the Twenty fourth Michigan Infantry Regiment. The Wayne Museum has his musket and his copy of the regiment's History. Maurice Bird married Vina Butler on 11/27/1907. Twins, Merrill and Nancy Bird were children of George M. Bird.Cataloged By
