Aerial view over Westland City Hall. The John F. Kennedy Memorial Building on Ford Road, near Central City Parkway, held it's first Nankin Township Meeting on April 20, 1964. It was originally built to house the Nankin Township Water Commission. The building became Westland City Hall in 1966 and remained in operation until 2014 when City Hall moved to Warren Road.
