27 January 1791 deed between Jacob Edwards and his wife Sarah Edwards to Benjamin Edwards for 10 acres known as "Bears" [later Longham], the land was near the river. Jacob Edwards of Beverly was a yeoman; Benjamin was a yeoman as well and from Wenham.
