Description

One mounted print (a) two black & white reproductions (b-c), one postcard (d), identified as: (a) : "Ober House / Cherry St., on front of mount and on back of mounted copy, in pencil: "Rosabelle Plaisted / Wenham / 1886 - 1891. (b-c): added "West Wenham" to front of image. (d) : On front of card "The front step (field stone) is embedded on walk at Claflin-Richardson House." Note by Adeline Cole and her notes on back of card--see image 2 of 2. (e) Small 4 5/8 x 3.5," b&w reproduction of a group of people in front of the Ober House, Conant print #240, Aug.9, 1868. Additional information: Built in 1680, struck by lightening 1876, burned 1888 by tenants, house owned by B. W. Currier. New house built on property 1900.
