Inside, with a wide red border, is a verse:
PURE, HONEST LOVE,
AND A LOVING HEART
-----
I know not much
Of lovers' talk,
I've only an honest,
Loving heart;
That is yours -
Is not that enough?
A faithful heart,
An earnest will,
A hatred of all strife;
These things will make
A honeymoon,
To last us long as life!
