The front features as coin slot in the upper right that fits dimes, and there is a tracker that runs around the left and bottom edges. The envelope can hold $3. The front advertises the State Trust and Savings Bank of West Chicago, Illinois. Back side advertises the Day's Phillips "66" with the three digit telephone number "646". C. 1945
