Photograph, color, shows the ice cream shop tastee-freez, the Norris-Walen Funeral Home and the fire department on Fremont Street. The Tastee-Freez Freeze has a sign above that reads "For Sale Be Your Own Boss 8476685710." The image is mounted on a 11.75 x 7 7/8 inch dense foam core for display purposes. Taken pre 2006 - see notes. Made as part of "Sense of Place", a 2015 exhibit created Diana Velasco's West Chicago art residency, sponsored by the West Chicago City Museum and People Made Visible.
