2007.7.968Description
A color photograph of a man, identified as Tom Vorhis, looking from a silver and black police car while heading south on N. Union Street towards State Road 32 during a parade in Westfield in August 1987. Vorhis was an officer of the Westfield Police Department during that time. The police car has a red and white lightbar on top. Part of two houses, a few trees, the rear of a red car, and a gravel driveway are visible in the background. This event would possibly have been the Pan Am Runners' Parade at that time.Collection
