This report was submitted by John W. Cadbury, Assistant Manager of Holly Haven. It addresses in a general way the propagation activity, inventory and sales status. Also included were alterations and the need for a rigorous marketing strategy.
The final item presented in the report is a personnel issue. It appears that since Elizabeth White's death, June Vail had not adjusted to the role of propagationist, but has taken on a managerial stance as well which has resulted in organizational and morale deterioration.
