This document stipulates that Jacob Homer is given a specific time frame to remove equipment and plant specimens from Whitesbog property. Jacob Homer was one of the three principals who purchased the property to establish Holly Haven along with Elizabeth C. White and June Vail.
The previous archivist speculates that "It refers to holly and probably native plants and blueberries that would form the basis of Holly Haven's inventory." but it is not said outright.
