June Vail responds to Cowing's request for information on Elizabeth White. This is essentially a short biography of Miss White's life, very similar in content to the lecture presented during the Pineland Short Course in 1998. There are discrepancies between the two accounts.
Except for areas in which June Vail was directly involved; eg. Holly Haven, the reader should not assume all facts to be true. There are inaccuracies and ambiguities.
