Scope and Content
Dec. 4: Wheeler writes that he has kodachrome slides (presumably Bachelor's). 18 are of American holly, including evergreen and deciduous, some from Elizabeth's nursery plus a good one of the Griscom tree. He asks Elizabeth to telegraph if she wants them.
Dec. 10: Elizabeth writes to say that the slides arrived safely and are very good. She also has slides Prof. Farnham made at Whitesbog. She notes that one of her St. Mary trees (young) is loaded with berries while others in the nursery are not. she does not know why.
