Description
The scars of time on an old turkey call tell a story, but most of it is destined to remain untold. The mystery of the maker, the time, and the place are something that tease the mind of the collector. A turkey hunter will see the practicality of the box and relate to how some of those scars were earned through days in the woods in pursuit of the quarry. This particular box has a crack in the body beneath the screw, but we don't know whether that is from a check in the wood or from wear and tear. Regardless, such a folk art call is a timeless piece of our turkey hunting history.
