Description

Ben Lee developed a line of turkey calls and products after achieving recognition for his competitive calling and promotion of modern turkey hunting. He had more than one version of his "Champion Slate Caller," with this one resembling the M.L. Lynch jet slate, and William Tannehill's call (patented in 1960). This model featured a slate surface mounted in a rectangular wooden "pot" and was paired with a striker composed of a squared wooden head with a wood dowel inserted.
