Description

Snuff cans were likely the first tube calls, a modification of holding a leaf between one's fingers, as Native Americans taught colonists. That concept has continued, as production turkey call manufacturers like Penn's Woods recognized an opportunity to add tube calls to the arsenal of turkey hunters. The E-Z Call (Model #720) was one tube call offered, and this black plastic model was a different one. A reed stretched across the half-moon opening at the top of the tube provided the membrane to blow across, wth the bottom of the tube cut out to allow directional sound.
