Description

One man's junk is another man's treasure, and for collectors, the original packaging mailing boxes are strong examples. They speak to the tools and technology of their time and the supply chain that brought them to consumers. Pictured are three original mailing boxes with labels showing two different addresses for the company. The original address was 124 Stotler Drive, Delmont, PA, before a move to 19 W. Pittsburgh Street. Often, the stamps (both paper and ink) applied to packages reveal information about the year, destination, and cost of delivery.
