Southland Caller box callsEntry/Object ID
PTC0012A0004Description
While Southland Callers would offer mouth diaphragms, pot calls, tube calls, pushpins, and locator calls, their box calls were sought out by many. Robinson partnered with different people over the years, one notable one being Doug Camp, who would ultimately launch Camp Callers and offer boxes of the same design. "Donnie Gallahar and J.R. Hollingsworth were local guys who built for me," said Robinson.
Five Southland boxes are pictured here. The first set of photos includes the Paddle Box model PB37, the Mini Paddle, the Old-Timer Box model OTB19, and the Side-Winder Box model SWB24. Additional photos of a new old stock in package Southland Custom Box model PHB109 are also shown.Collection
