Re: Estate of Robert M. Jackson
Under the Will of Robert M. Jackson, dated May 21, 1964, which has been offered for probate in the Surrogate's Court of Orange County, there is a bequest as follows:
"SEVENTH: (a) Three Thousand ($3,000.00) Dollars to THE WILLIAM BULL AND SARAH WELLS FAMILY ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED, a membership corporation of the State of New York, whose Post Office address is Campbell Hall, New York, to be added to it's Endowment Fund, but Two Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($2,750.00) thereof shall not be paid until the death of my sister, MARGARET ELEANOR JACKSON (hereinafter called "my sister")."
The enclosed Notice of Probate of the Will is required by law to be sent to you. No action is necessary on your part.
