An Article of an agreement Made this Eleventh Day of the Eight Month in the year one thousand Eight Hundred and thirty between Daniel Bull of the Town of Blooming Grove County of Orange and State of New York and Anna Vannortrand of the Town of Hurley Ulster County and State aforesaid Witnesseth that we agree to take each other as man and wife and I the said Daniel Bull Doth agree to lay no Claim To any of the Real Estate of her first Husband nor to any of the Moveable property Except what she the Said Anna may think proper to bring with her and that she is to be at liberty to take as her own property what ther is Remaining of it if any if she outlives me, and in case she should Die before me it is to be at her disposal and I the said Anna Doth agree in case I should out live the afore-said Daniel Bull i promise to lay no claim to any of his Estate Except the sum of Forty Two Dollars a year and each year During life which I promise to Except in Steed [instead] of my Dower
