To all who this may concern know ye that I Stephen
H. Bull Do agree that Chauncy H Smith is hereby entitled to
collect from my estate the amount of 10 Dollars per month for
his services while with me after my Decease Deducting therefrom the
amount for clothing and other necessary expenses which he may
want before Dated 13th of 4th Month 1864 beginning from 1860
