Dear Mrs. Bull:
As requested in letter this day received from Bartow, I enclose you copy of Mr. Clark's will.
The Executors have not since Mr. Clark's death filed an account of their proceedings. You will see from the will that in addition to the income of the estate, one-half of the principal is given to Mrs. Clark. Her portion has never been paid over to her, and the accounting now being had is for the purpose of having the account of the Executors passed on and decree entered directing the amount to be turned over to Mrs. Clark.
Will you please have Mr. Bull promptly sign affidavit of service of citation upon you, swear to it and then return it to me, and oblige,
