CUDDEBACK, as Executors of, and Trustees under, the Last Will and Testament of Cornelius E. Cuddeback, deceased; ELLA HALLOCK LATHROP; MARY HALLOCK TEETER; GERTRUDE HALLOCK SCROGGY; FANNY SLAWSON HEATH; J. EDGAR MANNING; CLEMENT VAN ETTEN, as Executor of the Last Will and Testament of Hattie Manning Van Etten, deceased, MARY MANNING BULL, CLARA MANNING SHUTE CLARK, JENNIE GREEN; MAURICE CLARK, THE MANNING CEMETERY ASSOCIATION, INC., THE AMERICAN SURETY COMPANY OF NEW YORK, and to all persons whomsoever who are or who claim to be interested in the estate of Charles W. Clark, late of the Town of Greenville, in the County of Orange, deceased, S E N D G R E E T I N G : YOU AND EACH OF YOU are hereby cited before our Surrogate at his office in the City of Port Jervis, in said County, on the 19th day of March, 1924, at two o’clock in the afternoon of that day, then and there to show cause, if any you have, why the account of HARRIET M. CLARK, residing at Town of Greenville, Orange County, N.Y. and SAMUEL M. CUDDEBACK, residing at Port Jervis, Orange County, N.Y., as Executors of the Last Will and Testament of said deceased, should not be judicially settled and allowed as filed. And that if any of the persons interested be under the age of twenty-one years they are required to appear by their guardian, if they have one, or if they have none that they appear and apply for one to be appointed, or in the event of their neglect or failure to do so a guardian will be appointed by the Surrogate to represent and act for them in the proceeding.
