State of New-York Orange County ss: Be it Remembered that on the 19th Day of Feby 1824 came before me John McGarrah one of the Commissioner[s] for said County Isaac Bull Jun. and Joshua Bull two of the Subscribing witnesses to the within Mass and Deed to me known who being duly sworn say, that they the said Isaac and Joshua Bull that Isaac Bull said he saw Robert Lamerue Jacob Lent & Isaac Lamerue sign the said Deed for the use and purpose therein mentioned and that he knew the said Robert & Isaac Lamerue and Jacob Lent to be the same person described on the said Deed and Joshua Bull said that he saw Thomas Lamerue and John Lamerue sign and acknowledge the
said Deed for the use and purpose therein mentioned and that he knew the said Thomas & John Lamerue to be the same person that signed the said Deed which is to me satisfactory evidence of said fact And the said Isaac Bull & Joshua Bull further said on their oaths that they were witness to said Deed therefore let it be recorded.

Indenture Transcription: August 10, 1812
This Indenture made this Tenth Day of August In the year of Our Lord one thousand Eight Hundred and Twelve Between Isaac Lamoreux Robert Lamoreux Jacob Lent and Hannah His Wife and Martha Reynolds and all of the Town of Monroe County of Orange and State of Newyork and Thomas Lamoreux John Lamoreux phebe pringle and Charity Davenport of the Town of plymouth and County of Luzern State of pennsylvania and Daniel Lamoreux Joshua Lamoreux and Susanah millon of the Town of Ovid County of [blank] and State of New york and Jane Horton of the Town of [blank] In the County of [blank] and State of Newyork all the above Named persons are of the first part and Elizabeth Knowlton of the Town of Monroe County of Orange and State of New york of the second part—
That all the parties Both the first part and the second part Become Heirs to a Lot of Land In the Town of Monroe & County of Orange & State of Newyork Containing about fifty acres By their father & Mother John & Charity Lamoreux Deceast.
Now Know ye That Whereas the said parties of the first part Viz Thomas John Joshua Daniel Robert Isaac Jane Susanah Charity phebe Martha and Hannah and also Elizabeth Knowlton of the second part is one of the Heirs to the said Lot of Land and is Intitled to the one Thirteenth part of the said fifty acres of Land that was left to her as Well as to the above Named Thomas John Joshua Daniel Robert Isaac Jane Susanah phebe Charity Martha & Hannah By her father & Mother the above said John & Charity Lamoreux Deceast.
And the said parties Both the party of the first part and the party of the second part hath agreed upon a Division and that the Division should be made of the said premises & should be made by Joseph Seely & Seth Marvin and they having Divided the same as will appear By the map that is here unto annexed and hath set off in said mapp a lott known by lott No. 6 in said Mapp containing four acres and twelve Hundredths of an acre which is the one thirteenth part of the said Lott Bounded on the West by Isaac Lamoreux Land on the North by the Land of Robert Lamoreux on the East by the Lott set off for Martha & William Reynolds and on the South by Thomas Bumpus Land. Now this Indenture Witnesseth that the party of the first part for and in consideration of a Similar Conveyance to them made for their respective shares of the above said farm by the said Elizabeth Knowlton - they the said party of the first hath granted Bargained yielded up and for Ever Quit Claim unto the said Elizabeth Knowlton and to her Heirs and assigns for Ever all the Right Title Interest Claim and Demands Whatsoever to the above said Lott of Land Belonging or in any wise appertaining.
In Witness Whereof the party of the first part Hath Hereunto set their Hands Seals the Day and year first above written.
