~~16 CANTRELL STREET~~
MIDDLETOWN, NEW YORK
To whom it may concern:
This will introduce C.A.P. Cadet Sergeant Richard Bull, whom I have had working with me in volunteer war services for over two years. In his behalf I wish to say that nothing concerning the war effort has been too much of an effort on his part: nor at any time has he shown anything but unselfishness and untiring devotion to duty. He has risen in my Squadron to a Sergeant through the ranks to my assistant as "monitor" in the A.C.E.R. mental screening of Aviation Cadets. He has also been on my staff in instructing "Aircraft Identification". He has over 100 hours of night work on just preparing lessons for the different Flights in our squadrons.
Very truly yours,
(Signed: Mabel C. Clemson)
