NEW YORK AIR DEFENSE WING
Ground Observer Corps
December 6, 1943.
To Whom It May Concern:
I heartily recommend Richard Bull to the Army Air Corps in service as an Aviation Cadet.
Richard has been one of our most dependable Observers for the last year and a half and has done double and triple duty as Observer, Recognition Officer's assistant and many other tasks which have been assigned to him. He has performed his duties willingly and very thoroughly.
He is well liked by others and a very fine student who is greatly interested in helping the war effort and particularly the aviation aspect of it.
I can think of no one more readily adaptable to the Aviation Cadet Service than he and I recommend him most highly.
Sincerely,
[Signature: Howard W. Weale]
