GREETING:
WE COMMAND YOU, That all and singular business and excuses being laid aside, you and each of you be in your proper persons, before the Justices of our Supreme Court, or some one of them, on the twenty third day of December next, at a Circuit Court to be held at the Court House in Goshen in the county of Orange at ten o'clock in the forenoon of the same day, to testify all and singular what you and each of you may know in a certain cause now depending undetermined in the said Supreme Court; and then and there to be tried between Hector Craig Plaintiff and Daniel Bull Defendant of a plea of trespass on the case on the part of the Defendant — And this you, or either of you are not omit under the penalty upon each of you, of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars. WITNESS, Smith Thompson Esquire, Chief Justice, at the City of New York the thirtieth day of October in the year of our Lord, one thousand eight hundred and eighteen
