Bloominggrove, 19th of 2d m.o 1845.
Received of Sarah Gough the sum of three hundred dollars on an agreement about the House & Lots, where the said Sarah & her Husband now lives; which is, that Stephen H. Bull agrees to give her or ~~[any]~~ one she may designate, a Deed for the said House & Lots, including the Lots now occupied by her husband John M. Gough as a garden; said lots having been sold by virtue of a mortgage to the State of New York, and purchased by said Stephen H. Bull at the Court House in Goshen in second month Eighteen Hundred & Forty four; when Sarah Gough pays to s.d Stephen H. Bull the sum of Six Hundred Dollars with interest at Six per cent, annually; and also to pay a certain note that s.d Stephen H. Bull gave Rosanna Lawrence for the purchase of a part of the above mentioned Lots.
