To all who this may concern know ye that I Cornelius Board Have this 19th day of the 3rd month 1828 bought of the Administrators of the Estate of John Board Deceas'd a Lease of the farm whereon Mills Davis Lived in the Town of Monroe and to pay the Taxes and release them from paying the forty two Dollars mentioned in said lease and also to Settle with the Widow of Mills Davis for Her Right of Dower or any other Claim that may come against said Lease as witness my Hand the day above written for the Consideration of One Hundred and fifty eight Dollars to be paid annually on the first Day of the fourth month Cornelius Board
