Whereas Charles Webb having given this fifteenth day of Sixth Month 1726 a Deed of conveyance for a certain Lot of Land as described therein to be held in security for the Sum of Three hundred & four Dollars & 10/100 ~
These are therefore to certify that if the Sd [Said] Charles Webb shall pay the aforesaid sum with lawful Interest from the date of Sd Deed on or before the Term of two Years from the date of Sd Deed then the Sd Stephen & Ebenezer Bull doth agree to reconvey the Sd piece of Land as described in the aforesaid Deed to the Sd Charles Webb but if not then this Article to be void in witness hereof we have hereunto Set our hands & Seals ~
