Know all Men by these Presents, THAT Daniel Bull of the Town of Blooming Grove County of Orange and State of New York - for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other Valuable Considerations - by Stephen A Bull of the Said Town of Blooming - - - to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath remised, released and QUIT-CLAIMED, and by these Presents DOTH remise, release and Quit-Claim, unto the said Stephen A Bull His - heirs and assigns forever, all my right, title, interest, estate, claim and demand whatsoever, of, in and to ALL That tract of land Situate in the Said town of Blooming Grove and is Bounded as follows Beginning at a Walnutt Sapllin Standing in the most Southeasterly corner of a lot formerly belonging to Benjamin Mapes Now to Daniel Bull and in the Division line Between the Lot No 7 and 8 and Runs thence along the Same South forty Eight Degrees East about fourteen Chain to the commissioners line Then along the Same North fifty two Degrees East about twenty one Chain and forty links to a Corner of a piece of land Set off for John M Bull then along Said line made for the Said John M Bull North forty Eight Degrees West Sixteen chain and Seventy links To a Heap of Stones then North fifty Eight Degrees East ten Chain and Seventy links To the Division line Between the lots No 7 and 6 Then along Said Division line North forty Eight Degrees West about Nine chain to the Corner of the Said piece of land Daniel Bull Bought of Benjamin Mapes then along the line of Said tract South about thirty two Degrees West thirty two Chain to the place of Beginning Containing forty five acres be the Same more or less -
Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining. To have and to hold the above released described premises unto the said Stephen A Bull His - heirs and assigns forever.
