Here is a summary of The BULLetin 2026, a newsletter published by the William Bull and Sarah Wells Stone House Association, Inc. in Campbell Hall, NY: Key Initiatives & Property UpdatesArchive Digitization (CatalogIt): The Association has launched a major initiative to scan, transcribe, and digitize over 20,000 historical documents dating back to the early 1700s. They are utilizing the CatalogIt software, enhanced by artificial intelligence, to create a searchable resource. Physical documents are being safely relocated to a climate-controlled, offsite storage facility. Tree Dedication Program: Following tree damage from recent weather and natural aging, members can donate $1,500 to dedicate a native hardwood tree on the property. Each tree comes with a custom engraved plaque. Facilities & Security: Plans are underway to renovate the downstairs bathroom adjacent to the kitchen for modern updates and accessibility. The organization is also increasing property security and clearing out smaller outbuildings for storage.
