Lease Agreement Transcription
These may certify that Peter Bull Doth Lease the farm with all the improvements Belonging to the Estate of John Bull Deceased Lying and Being in the Town of Wallkill in the County of Orange Whereon Enos Ayres now lives unto Gilbert Hawkins for the Term of One Year from the first Day of April Next Ensuing the Date hereof for the sum of Sixty seven Dollars and fifty Cents Curent Lawful Money of the State of New York to gather with the Taxes and the said Gilbert Hawkins is to commit No wast nor suffer any to Be Commuted on the said Premises But to maintain and support the same in all Nessary Repairs and till a Reasonable proportion of the Land and faithfully to keep the Possession of the above Premises for and in behalf of the above mentioned Estate.
In Witness Whereof we have hereunto set our hand and seals this Eighteenth Day of February one thousand seven Hundred and ninety nine.
