Summary of the Agreement
The Original Sale: Thomas Bull sold land to John Reed for $1,032.25.
The Family Trust: Because Thomas’s brothers (Hezekiah and John N. Bull) had rights to the land, Thomas assigned the debt (the "Obligation") to his uncle, Peter Bull, to hold in trust for the brothers.
The Resolution: Hezekiah Bull has officially signed over his rights to the land.
The Guarantee: Peter Bull now formally acknowledges that he owes Hezekiah exactly $344.08 (which is one-third of the total sale price) as soon as John Reed pays the balance.
