Be it known that We, the Subscribers being heirs
of Gideon Coleman Deceased have for the Sum of
fifty Cents, Bargained, Sold and Conveyed and by
these Presents Doth Bargain Sell and Convey, Unto
Peter Bull his heirs and assigns for ever, so much
Land for the privilege of a Road ^for and that only not
Less than One Rod wide, Begining at a gate, at or
near the most Northerly Corner of the Lands of the
Estate and heirs of the said Gideon Coleman Deceased, and
adjoining the Lands of the Estate of Peter M. Bull Deceased
and Running from thence South about thirty six Degrees
West along the Lands of the Said Estate of Peter M. Bull
Deceased, to a Lot of Land of about ten acres Lately
purchased by Daniel and Isaac Reeves Which privilege
is for the Sole purpose of a Road, by keeping good and
Sufficient Bars and gates thereon Where it may necessari-
-ly be required for that purpose, Given under Our hands
and Seals this tenth Day of July — One Thousand
eight hundred and twenty
